"I told you NO, Naruto," she said in a tone that didn't match the angered expression on her face. It was a warning to Naruto that her almost nonexistant hold on her temper was about to break. The corner of Naruto's mouth twitched up as he put his hands up infront of him...as if that would protect him from the pink haired girl's wrath. "Just come to Ichiraku with me and I'll pay for your meal...it...it doesn't have to be a date!" he took a hesitant step back, maybe this time, he could manage to run before he got hurt. That movement didn't pass Sakura's emerald gaze and she grabbed a hold of his jacket collar. "That's still considered a DATE, you baka!" she snapped. She yanked his collar foreward, causing his head to tilt completely back. The father from her fist of fury...the better. The only reply he could muster was a nervous smile, "Eheheh..." |
